The Castle of Vincigliata is situated just a few miles northwest of Florence. It is on a road that climbs the hill above the town between green fields and fragrant pine forests. As soon as I arrived at the castle I was breathtaken by its majesty and the view of the city that it offers.
There was much excitement at the Castle, and I and Wedinitaly’s staff had to make sure that all of the arrangements were made perfectly. The Bride and Groom expected the best for their day as they were to share it with many friends and family who came especially from Ukraine on a private jet.
The staff of Alma Project were working hard to assemble set up the 2 stages: one for the jazz trio in the room where the dinner would be served, and one on a large terrace overlooking Florence. This is where an R&B band from London and a popular young singer from Ukraine performed for the big celebration until late at night.

Before the ceremony a welcome drink was served impeccably by Galateo. The atmosphere was already magical and surreal thanks to the street artists of Cantiere Ikrea that wearing medieval clothes costumes and entertaining the guests with games and displays. There were the story teller , the joker, the stilts etc.
The florists from Floralia arranged centre pieces on the tables for dinner, while we helped them with the preparation of the lovely cloister. This is where the wedding ceremony was celebrated. A beautiful arch of white roses spanned the area of the wedding couple and the Master of ceremonies, and bunches of these same flowers were tied to each chair. The aisle was dotted with many flower petals which made the scene beautiful and romantic.

After dinner , when darkness fell, a fire-eater and acrobats continued to entertain the guests with their amazing performances, and spectacular fireworks displays lit up the Castle.

As you can see, the pictures speak for themselves.
