Spring is here and Rome explodes in all its glory, with the days becoming longer and warmer, the plants at the windows and the trees in the parks that bloom. To me all of this is the perfect prelude to the new and exciting season of events and above all, meeting couples who are choosing the venue where they will celebrate their most important day.
Based on the needs of the bride and groom, we choose a number of different locations representing a wide range of several options that Rome offers. We always include a visit to Villa Miani, a magnificent early 20th-century property surrounded by a park on the hills of Monte Mario, with a beautiful garden and lovely terraces overlooking the city. The breathtaking panorama offers a complete view on the most important monuments of the Eternal City: the dome of St. Peter’s, the Altare della Patria, the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, the Tiber with its bridges, and countless churches and historical buildings.
Even on a cloudy day as in the photos I took, the impact is dramatic.
I’m always curious to see the reactions of the couples, and often they are so stunned by this spectacle that they almost do not notice the beauty of the interior, with its large and elegant lounges in a magnificent neoclassical style!
Here are some photos taken by Nabis Fotografia during several of our events in this stunning villa.
